<lb ed="T" n="0328a09"/><span class="tx">蟲。何言唯爲一事出世。是故當知。三乘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a10"/><span class="tx">五性。悉歸佛乘。其外無衆生。故言唯一</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0328a13"/><span class="tx">衆生說法。無有餘乘若二若三。舍利弗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a14"/><span class="tx">一切十方諸佛法亦如是。舍利弗過去諸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a15"/><span class="tx">佛。以無量無數方便</span><note place="inline">慈恩玄賛云。本論云。方便者<br/>少乘中。觀陰界入厭苦。離</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a16"/><note place="inline">苦得解脫。大乘中。諸波羅蜜。四攝<br/>法。攝取自身他身。利益對治法故</note><span class="tx">種種因緣譬喩</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0328a18"/><span class="tx">乘故。是諸衆生。從諸佛聞法。究竟皆得一</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0328a21"/><span class="tx">釋迦文亦爾。若定性。無性。終不會一者。佛</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a22"/><span class="tx">豈不爲彼說四諦。十二因緣。五戒十善。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a23"/><span class="tx">言但以一佛乘故爲衆生說法。故知。佛乘之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a24"/><span class="tx">外不說一法。若說一法。皆爲佛乘。然則</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328a25"/><span class="tx">木牛木馬之語。半字滿字之敎。初雖示諸</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0328b10"/><span class="tx">曰。聲聞若菩薩。聞我所說法。乃至於一</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0328b13"/><span class="tx">消。當知。或於有餘。或於無餘。雖生滅度</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b14"/><span class="tx">想。非是實滅度。不令有一人。獨得滅度。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b15"/><span class="tx">皆以如來滅度。而滅度之。若不爾者。非唯</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b16"/><span class="tx">一偈。非唯一人。縱聞八萬藏。何不疑成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b17"/><span class="tx">佛。縱有百千衆。猶難出化城。便有皆成難</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b18"/><span class="tx">信之過</span><note place="inline">約所化<br/>明一乘</note><span class="tx">　五同品云。十方世界中。尙</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b19"/><span class="tx">無二乘。何況有三。偈曰。十方佛土中。唯</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b20"/><span class="tx">有一乘法。無二亦無三。除佛方便說</span><note place="inline">已上</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b21"/><span class="tx">若究竟有三乘果別。此文難消。然則若望</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b22"/><span class="tx">權敎。有諸乘人法。若望實敎。唯是一佛</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b23"/><span class="tx">乘。盆器米麵。本爲長者之寶。低頭擧手。遂</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b24"/><span class="tx">歸圓極之道。終不以小乘。濟度於衆生。雖</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b25"/><span class="tx">示種種道。其實爲一乘。若執實有三乘。權</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b26"/><span class="tx">說一乘。此是令正直捨方便之敎。成帶權</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b27"/><span class="tx">非實之語。便有權實倒亂之過</span><note place="inline">約能化所化<br/>明一乘</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b28"/><span class="tx">六譬喩品云。如彼長者。初以三車。誘引</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328b29"/><span class="tx">諸子。然後。但與大車寶物莊嚴。安穩第一。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c01"/><span class="tx">然彼長者。無虛妄之咎。如來亦復如是。初</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c02"/><span class="tx">說三乘。引導衆生。然後。但以大乘。而度脫</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c03"/><span class="tx">之</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">若定性人。出三界已。唯證小果。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c04"/><span class="tx">終不成佛。應言隨意與大小車。何言但</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c05"/><span class="tx">與大白牛車。若不與小車。亦不預大車。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c06"/><span class="tx">慈父約束。那忽相違。便有前約虛妄之過</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c07"/><note place="inline">約譬說周<br/>明一乘</note><span class="tx">　七化城喩品云。我滅度後。復有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c08"/><span class="tx">弟子。不聞是經。不知不覺菩薩所行。自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c09"/><span class="tx">於所得功德。生滅度想。當入𣵀槃。我於餘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c10"/><span class="tx">國。作佛更有異名。是人雖生滅度之想入</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c11"/><span class="tx">於𣵀槃。而於彼土。求佛智慧。得聞是經。唯</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c12"/><span class="tx">以佛乘。而得滅度。更無餘乘。除諸如來方</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c13"/><span class="tx">便說法。智度論九十三云。問曰。阿羅漢。先</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c14"/><span class="tx">世因緣所受身。亦應當滅住在何處。而具</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c15"/><span class="tx">足佛道。答曰。得阿羅漢時。三界諸漏因緣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c16"/><span class="tx">盡。更不復生。出三界有淨佛土。出於三</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c17"/><span class="tx">界。乃無煩惱之名。於是國土。從佛所聞法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c18"/><span class="tx">華經。具足佛道。如法華經說。有阿羅漢。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c19"/><span class="tx">不聞法華經。自謂得滅度。我於餘國。爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c20"/><span class="tx">說是事。汝皆當作佛</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">入無餘界。尙旣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c21"/><span class="tx">成佛。況有餘者。何執永滅。便有永滅還生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c22"/><span class="tx">之過</span><note place="inline">約因緣周<br/>明一乘</note><span class="tx">　八法師品云。是大衆中。無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c23"/><span class="tx">量天龍八部。及四部衆。求聲聞者。求辟</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c24"/><span class="tx">支佛者。求佛道者。聞妙法華經一偈一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c25"/><span class="tx">句。一念隨喜者。我皆與授記。當得阿耨菩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c26"/><span class="tx">提。如來滅後。亦復如是</span><note place="inline">取意</note><span class="tx">他師。許有定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c27"/><span class="tx">性二乘。在此會中。聞法華經</span><note place="inline">見玄賛<br/>第一</note><span class="tx">若不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c28"/><span class="tx">信受者。理應退座。旣在聞經。理應授記。況</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0328c29"/><span class="tx">滅度後。在在處處。一念隨喜。何擇其人。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a01"/><span class="tx">當知佛意。有性。無性。定。不定性。聞此經</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a02"/><span class="tx">者。皆當作佛。若不爾者。便有不擇妄記之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a03"/><span class="tx">過。勸持品云。我先總說一切聲聞皆已授記</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a04"/><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">其意同一</span><note place="inline">約流通分明一乘。他許有信解<br/>一乘定性不愚法者。又云無性人雖</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a05"/><note place="inline">發心修行。不得成佛。旣許信<br/>解發心。豈無一念隨喜之者</note><span class="tx">　九寶塔品云。於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a06"/><span class="tx">寶塔中。出大音聲。作如是言。善哉善哉。釋</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a07"/><span class="tx">迦牟尼如來。能以平等大慧。敎菩薩法。佛</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a08"/><span class="tx">所護念妙法華經。爲大衆說。如是如是。釋</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a09"/><span class="tx">迦牟尼世尊。如所說者。皆是眞實</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">如前</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0329a12"/><span class="tx">中。唯有一乘法。乃至於一偈。皆成佛無疑。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0329a14"/><span class="tx">一念隨喜。皆悉授記。此中若有方便一言。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a15"/><span class="tx">多寶何證皆是眞實耶。非唯此會。他土亦</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a16"/><span class="tx">爾。非唯今日。塵劫亦爾。何令十方三世眞</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a17"/><span class="tx">實證明。悉成隨宜逗緣假設言詞乎。又若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a18"/><span class="tx">五乘實。一乘權者。多寶何故唯證此經。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a19"/><span class="tx">言由有本誓願者。本願何因貴權賤實。乃</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a20"/><span class="tx">至成佛臨滅度時。爲證此經。令起一塔。是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a21"/><span class="tx">故當知。一乘眞實。勝出諸經。若不爾者。便</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a22"/><span class="tx">有證明非實之過</span><note place="inline">上約敎主化儀明一乘。<br/>此約多寶證明明一乘</note><span class="tx">　十</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a23"/><span class="tx">不輕品云。凡有所見。若比丘。比丘尼。優婆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a24"/><span class="tx">寒。優婆夷。皆悉禮拜讃歎。而作是言。我深</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a25"/><span class="tx">敬汝等。不敢輕慢。所以者何。汝等皆行菩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a26"/><span class="tx">薩道。當得作佛。論云。我不輕汝等皆當作</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a27"/><span class="tx">佛者。示諸衆生皆有佛性。故文句記云。論</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a28"/><span class="tx">許此菩薩。知一切衆生。悉有佛性。故凡見</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329a29"/><span class="tx">者。皆往禮之。此四衆中。豈無滅種。而妄</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b01"/><span class="tx">記之。若其有者。論文不說。則過在天親。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b02"/><span class="tx">唯識說正。乃過在不輕。及在於佛。而不先</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b03"/><span class="tx">責不輕之過。則却以爲弘經之人。豈有誤</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b04"/><span class="tx">宣誤記之失。令現生後淨六根耶</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">當知。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b05"/><span class="tx">行因無謬。得果清淨。是故經論俱讃不輕。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b06"/><span class="tx">爲弘經人。若不爾者。便有因果不齊之過。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b07"/><span class="tx">又有妄讃不輕之過</span><note place="inline">上約果位明一乘。<br/>此約因行明一乘</note><span class="tx">寶公</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b08"/><span class="tx">引多文。證一乘義。一唯有一乘法。二唯此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b09"/><span class="tx">一事實。三說最實事。四無有二乘而得滅</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b10"/><span class="tx">度。五分別說三乘。六常不輕。七同論無二乘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b11"/><span class="tx">𣵀槃。八同論爲斷此疑。九方便令發心等文。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0329b14"/><span class="tx">第二料簡者　問。法華論云。彼聲聞等。爲實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b15"/><span class="tx">成佛故與授記。爲不成佛與授記耶。若實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b16"/><span class="tx">成佛者。菩薩何故。於無量劫。修集無量種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b17"/><span class="tx">種功德。若不成佛者。云何虛妄與之授記。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b18"/><span class="tx">彼聲聞等。得授記者。得決定心。非謂聲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b19"/><span class="tx">聞。成就法性。故如來。依彼三種平等。說一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b20"/><span class="tx">乘法。以如來法身。與彼聲聞法身。平等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b21"/><span class="tx">無異故。與授記。非卽是具足修行功德故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b22"/><span class="tx">是故菩薩功德具足。諸聲聞人。功德未具</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b23"/><span class="tx">足</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">此義云何　答。山家云。論主答文。得</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b24"/><span class="tx">決定心者。謂成佛決定心。功德未具足者。謂</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b25"/><span class="tx">必當具足。不久故。平等故。授記。法身流轉</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b26"/><span class="tx">故。定當得成佛。佛無虛妄記。今麁食者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b27"/><span class="tx">未了此密意。佛雖記不成。同體故說一。總</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b28"/><span class="tx">合說一乘。故法華名密。是則怨嫉詞耳</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0329b29"/><span class="tx">十法經云。五記諸聲聞得無上正眞道者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c01"/><span class="tx">以有性故。淨無垢妙淨寶月王光菩薩。白</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c02"/><span class="tx">佛言。云何諸無漏聲聞。斷諸有習煩惱。設</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0329c19"/><span class="tx">乘。唯一佛乘。唯依此文。不同前經。說不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c20"/><span class="tx">定性二乘成佛。若前經若後經。俱說不定。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c21"/><span class="tx">得言先說法異。故定性聲聞亦成佛。問。玄</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c22"/><span class="tx">賛第四。釋無二無三云。三乘因果。觀行不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c23"/><span class="tx">同。可有差別。非此所遮。今所遮者。遮無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c24"/><span class="tx">二種法身之體。三乘眞如。法身同故。又一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c25"/><span class="tx">師云。深密。法華。敎時不殊。深密。云不定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c26"/><span class="tx">二乘作佛者。卽法華之唯一佛乘。無有餘乘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c27"/><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">此義云何。答。唯一佛乘故。言無二無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c28"/><span class="tx">三。由此亦云皆成佛無疑。言無一不成佛。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0329c29"/><span class="tx">此義可然。若唯法身一故。言無二無三。此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a01"/><span class="tx">義不然。衆生法身。本來是佛。豈假聞法。始</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a02"/><span class="tx">得成佛。故違乃至於一偈。皆成佛無疑。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a03"/><span class="tx">有聞法者。無一不成佛等文。故約事成。合</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a04"/><span class="tx">經文義。此若事成無ニ無三。亦應是事非眞</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a05"/><span class="tx">如理。況復次句。云除佛方便說。此卽指前</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a06"/><span class="tx">方便敎。說三乘行果。各別不同。未曾說</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a07"/><span class="tx">言法身各別。指何敎云方便說耶。亦不可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a08"/><span class="tx">言無二三者約法身一。方便說者。約事乘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a09"/><span class="tx">別。今此文意。於一法上。顯示有無異說不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a10"/><span class="tx">同。若事理法別。不足稱異說。如設有言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a11"/><span class="tx">無優曇華。而方便說有優曇樹。又彼宗意。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a12"/><span class="tx">三乘是實。何稱方便。卽是自違。況復法華</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a13"/><span class="tx">論文。云無二乘者。唯有如來證大菩提一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a14"/><span class="tx">切智慧</span><note place="inline">具如<br/>次引</note><span class="tx">旣言菩提智慧。明非是法身</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a15"/><span class="tx">一。或慈恩及一師。約不定性。釋無二無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a16"/><span class="tx">三。此亦不然。具如前引十文解釋。不可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a17"/><span class="tx">重成。又寶師云。唯此一事實。餘二則非眞。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a18"/><span class="tx">法華論釋云。無二乘者。謂無二乘所得𣵀</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a19"/><span class="tx">槃。唯佛如來。證大菩提。究竟滿足一切智</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a20"/><span class="tx">慧。名大𣵀槃。非諸聲聞。辟支佛等。有𣵀槃</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a21"/><span class="tx">法。唯一佛乘故</span><note place="inline">論文</note><span class="tx">准依此文。唯遮二乘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a22"/><span class="tx">表佛。旣遮中不留定性二乘。表中不取定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330a23"/><span class="tx">性二乘。故知定性亦無眞滅。若不爾者。何爲</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0330b11"/><span class="tx">皆非滅度。汝等所行。是菩薩道。漸漸修學。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b12"/><span class="tx">悉當成佛。問。玄賛第七。釋化城喩品。是人</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b13"/><span class="tx">雖生滅度之想等云。菩薩處胎經說。從此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b14"/><span class="tx">滅度。於十方面各三十二姟諸佛國土。而復</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b15"/><span class="tx">成佛。敎化衆生。不醫師喩中。具顯此義。是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b16"/><span class="tx">人雖生滅度之想。求入無餘𣵀槃。於我</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b17"/><span class="tx">有緣。我以神通。攝引於彼。遇我得聞是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b18"/><span class="tx">經。或是凡夫。若是有學。求有餘無餘𣵀槃。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b19"/><span class="tx">將此𣵀槃。謂實滅度之想。求入證此二種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b20"/><span class="tx">𣵀槃。修二乘行。種姓所排。慈悲所引。生彼</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0330b24"/><span class="tx">大論。彼二文。同云得阿羅漢。何言或是凡</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b25"/><span class="tx">夫。若是有學耶。又論云更不復生三界。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330b26"/><span class="tx">言生十方國土。又有經云。自於所得功德。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0330c04"/><span class="tx">國故　問。一師又云。瑜伽七十九云。清淨</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c05"/><span class="tx">世界無三惡趣。亦無三界。亦無苦受。純菩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c06"/><span class="tx">薩僧。於中止住。已入第三發光地。菩薩由</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c07"/><span class="tx">願自在力故。於彼受生。無有異生。及非異</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c08"/><span class="tx">生聲聞獨覺幷異生菩薩得生於彼</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">准</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0330c17"/><span class="tx">論亦應順般若。故應非實者。或是密意</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c18"/><span class="tx">答。二論意別。瑜伽一向順所依經。不引諸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c19"/><span class="tx">餘法華等經。大論雖釋大品般若。引法華</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c20"/><span class="tx">等。兼示實義。若不爾者。般若何文。說阿羅</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0330c21"/><span class="tx">漢迴心作佛。故知大論。傍顯法華眞實義也</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0331a02"/><span class="tx">盡。得法性生身。雖斷諸煩惱。有煩惱習</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a03"/><span class="tx">因緣。故受法性生身。非三界也　問曰。阿</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a04"/><span class="tx">羅漢煩惱已盡。習亦未盡。何以不生　答</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a05"/><span class="tx">曰。阿羅漢無大慈悲。無本誓願。度一切衆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a06"/><span class="tx">生。又以實際作證。已離生死故</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">　答。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a07"/><span class="tx">彼論意。存成不成義。若據般若覆相敎故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a08"/><span class="tx">小聖畢竟無發趣理。若據法華眞實敎故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a09"/><span class="tx">而於彼土。得聞是經。故二十八依般若說。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a10"/><span class="tx">彼九十三依法華意。如彼論第一百云　問</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a11"/><span class="tx">曰。更有何法甚深。勝般若者。而以般若。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a12"/><span class="tx">屬累阿難。而餘經屬累菩薩　答曰。般若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a13"/><span class="tx">波羅蜜。非祕密法。而法華等諸經。說阿羅</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a14"/><span class="tx">漢受決作佛。大菩薩能受持用。譬如大藥</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a15"/><span class="tx">師能以毒爲藥</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">明知論意。般若。法華勝</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a16"/><span class="tx">劣顯然也。或可依惛醉位。名爲不生。非酒</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0331a18"/><span class="tx">息故。且爲不生　問。論文旣以二經相對</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331a19"/><span class="tx">而言。般若非祕密法。豈非法華是祕密耶</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0331b14"/><span class="tx">薩與記。令發起大乘心。故沼法師云。發信</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0331b16"/><span class="tx">兼當。卽顯當熟也。況復論文。決定。上慢二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b17"/><span class="tx">人。合說發菩提心。何言一人信解大乘。一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b18"/><span class="tx">人發起大心。又一旣當熟。一何不熟。種種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b19"/><span class="tx">劬勞。此文難消。然天台言。論據在座得</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0331b21"/><span class="tx">人。信解大乘者。其意未了。若實作佛令信</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b22"/><span class="tx">可然。若實不作。妄信何益。不遇法名徴詰</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b23"/><span class="tx">亦爾　問。玄賛第十云。我深敬汝等。不敢</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b24"/><span class="tx">輕慢者。有佛本性住種性故。此敬報身如</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b25"/><span class="tx">來藏也。皆行菩薩道。當得作佛者。有種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b26"/><span class="tx">性者。若起習性。發心修行。必得佛故。又</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b27"/><span class="tx">依法身如來藏。故一切皆有我深敬汝。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b28"/><span class="tx">行菩薩道。發起修習報身如來藏者。當得</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331b29"/><span class="tx">作佛</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">此義云何　答。此之二釋。文義不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c01"/><span class="tx">安。旣言凡有所見。何唯取有性者。此是別</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c02"/><span class="tx">義。應非今意。又汝等皆行者。述禮拜意。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c03"/><span class="tx">言上禮一切。下唯有性。若爾。應削所以者</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0331c07"/><span class="tx">問。無性攝論第十云。諸佛法身不與聲聞獨</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c08"/><span class="tx">覺乘共。以何意趣。佛說一乘。此中有二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c09"/><span class="tx">頌。爲引攝一類。及任持所餘。由不定種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c10"/><span class="tx">性。諸佛說一乘。法。無我。解脫等故。性不同。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c11"/><span class="tx">得二意樂。化究竟說一乘。釋曰。依此密</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c12"/><span class="tx">意。佛說一乘。二頌顯示。爲引攝一類者。了</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c13"/><span class="tx">知不定種性聲聞。趣彼解脫。方便引接。令</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c14"/><span class="tx">依大乘而般𣵀槃故。說一乘。及任持所餘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c15"/><span class="tx">者。爲欲任持其餘不定種性菩薩。恣於大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c16"/><span class="tx">乘。精進退壞故。說一乘<anchor n="0331c1603" xml:id="04C690331c1603"></anchor>任持令住。勿彼</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c17"/><span class="tx">菩薩。依聲聞乘。而般𣵀槃法等故者。法謂</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c18"/><span class="tx">眞如。諸聲聞等乘。雖差別同趣眞如。所趣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c19"/><span class="tx">眞如。無有差別。故說一乘。無我等故。補特</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c20"/><span class="tx">伽羅。無我同故。若實有異補特伽羅。可有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c21"/><span class="tx">乘別。此是聲聞。此是菩薩。旣無實異補特伽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c22"/><span class="tx">羅。故說一乘。解脫等故者。謂彼三乘。於煩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c23"/><span class="tx">惱障解脫無異。如世尊言。解脫解脫。無有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c24"/><span class="tx">差別。由此意趣故說一乘。性不同故者。謂</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c25"/><span class="tx">諸聲聞。不定種性。有差別故謂迴向。菩提</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c26"/><span class="tx">聲聞。身中具。有聲聞種性。及佛種性。由此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c27"/><span class="tx">道理。故說一乘。得二意樂故者。謂得二種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c28"/><span class="tx">意樂。一者諸佛。於一切有情得同自體意</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0331c29"/><span class="tx">樂。言彼卽是我。我卽是彼。由是因緣。此卽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0332a01"/><span class="tx">成佛。彼亦成佛。是故名得第一意樂。二者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0332a02"/><span class="tx">世尊。法華會上與諸聲聞舍利子等授佛記</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0332a03"/><span class="tx">別。爲令接得如是意樂。我等與佛平等無</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0334b26"/><span class="tx">牛車立假實者。羊鹿亦爾。合有六車</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0334b28"/><span class="tx">一車。況復･此難佛語。非難我義。經文旣</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0334c04"/><span class="tx">求佛果。不同小乘求偏小果。然有偏圓權</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c05"/><span class="tx">實差別。由此義故。或時爲一總有三乘。或</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c06"/><span class="tx">時別立總有四乘。今探幽致而立四乘。非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c07"/><span class="tx">一向遮總立三乘。況復二種牛車。是本所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c08"/><span class="tx">諍。彼義旣成立二大乘。亦成木牛之車。豈</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c09"/><span class="tx">非方便。非所捨乘。大白牛車。豈非眞實。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0334c16"/><span class="tx">論圓頓法華當機。若論所樂。卽實大車。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c17"/><span class="tx">圓初行名如來行　七大法鼓經云。迦葉白</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c18"/><span class="tx">佛言。世尊。衆生般𣵀槃者。爲有盡耶。爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c19"/><span class="tx">無盡耶。佛告迦葉。衆生無有盡也。白佛。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c20"/><span class="tx">云何不盡。佛言。若衆生盡者。應有減損。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0334c21"/><span class="tx">此修多羅則爲無義。是故迦葉。諸佛世尊</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0334c28"/><span class="tx">釋無盡者。佛設磨滅。眞如無盡。旣以諸</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0335a24"/><span class="tx">有餘乘。我爲化衆生。分別說餘道。漸化</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335a25"/><span class="tx">令入一。故無三差別　十一善生優婆塞</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335a26"/><span class="tx">戒經第一云。一切衆生。無菩提性。如諸衆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335a27"/><span class="tx">生無人天性。師子虎狼狗犬等性。現在世中。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335a28"/><span class="tx">和合衆善業因緣故。得人天身。和合不善</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335a29"/><span class="tx">業因緣故。得師子等畜生之身。菩薩亦爾。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0335b03"/><span class="tx">定性。已發聲聞緣覺心者卽不能發菩提</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b04"/><span class="tx">之心</span><note place="inline">乃至</note><span class="tx">若有說言定有性者。是名外道。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b05"/><span class="tx">何以故。諸外道等無因果故。又云。譬如衆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b06"/><span class="tx">生先無菩提。後乃方有。性亦如是。先無後</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b07"/><span class="tx">有。是故不可說言定有</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">　問。沼公會</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b08"/><span class="tx">云。彼善生經。遮執因中有果性。或如言執</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b09"/><span class="tx">云同外道。不遮有因。不爾則違楞伽經</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b10"/><span class="tx">說五乘性相。言三菩提無有定性者。據不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b11"/><span class="tx">定性說。及遮執常云無因果。故不爾。楞</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0335b13"/><span class="tx">義云何　答。雖作此解。不能成立定性二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b14"/><span class="tx">乘。永不轉義。何者。五趣旣無不展轉受諸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b15"/><span class="tx">趣身者。所例三乘。亦無定性永不成佛。然</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b16"/><span class="tx">彼釋云。三種菩提。無定性者。據不定性</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b17"/><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">此亦不然。經意總擧三種菩提。以</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b18"/><span class="tx">顯其中無有定性。例如樞要所立量云。二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b19"/><span class="tx">乘之果。應有定性。彼旣非據定性立定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b20"/><span class="tx">性。今亦非據不定說不定。然楞伽經。爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b21"/><span class="tx">證不或。若望我意。皆成佛故。若望汝意。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b22"/><span class="tx">非共許故　問。若一向不定者。十地菩薩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b23"/><span class="tx">應成二乘　答。汝亦許有小聖成大。不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335b24"/><span class="tx">許十地轉成二乘。我義亦然。不足爲難</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0335c14"/><span class="tx">告淨居天子。此賢劫中。七百佛過當作佛。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0335c21"/><span class="tx">或･以理推之。小執久故。大心難發。故不言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c22"/><span class="tx">發。況復般若經說。若入聲聞獨覺正性離</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c23"/><span class="tx">生者。畢竟無有發趣大乘</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">是故彼經。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c24"/><span class="tx">理應不說淨居發心。若說發心。聞者驚怪。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c25"/><span class="tx">若有時至。便發無難。故餘經中。亦有發心。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c26"/><span class="tx">何執一文。計皆非實</span><note place="inline">寶師<br/>釋同</note><span class="tx">又引經證非實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c27"/><span class="tx">淨居。此有多過。一不可以小果上下。例成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c28"/><span class="tx">佛前後。如初果阿難。供養六十二億佛。第</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0335c29"/><span class="tx">四果羅云。供養十世界塵數佛。明知。不依</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a01"/><span class="tx">小位上下。若言二聖是權化者。身子亦權。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a02"/><span class="tx">不可定量。況復他許下位發心。爲利根人。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a03"/><span class="tx">上位發心爲鈍根耶。二誰知。彼天非羅漢</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a04"/><span class="tx">果。初雖那含。後位難知。三設彼一人權。餘</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a05"/><span class="tx">何必皆權。何況。自許爲引下天。示現發</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a06"/><span class="tx">心。爲下同類。應發心耶。爲當下天皆權者</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0336a13"/><span class="tx">心。明知。下文言設有者。是假設言。非實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a14"/><span class="tx">有人。如同經言。設有過𣵀槃法。亦說爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a15"/><span class="tx">空。非是實有過𣵀槃法。故彼所執不順文</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a16"/><span class="tx">理　十五智度論九十三云。漏盡阿羅漢還</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a17"/><span class="tx">作佛。唯佛能知。論義者不可論其事。不能</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0336a18"/><span class="tx">測知。是故不應戲論。若求得佛時。乃能了</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0338c03"/><span class="tx">以然者。若此等人。實不入滅。入𣵀槃</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c04"/><span class="tx">言。於此無用。迴心向大。増壽變易。如是等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c05"/><span class="tx">義。於此至要。豈略要義存非要耶。然經</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c06"/><span class="tx">旣言。入於𣵀槃。經若干劫。當得菩提。於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c07"/><span class="tx">此文中。何處有彼未滅之前。迴心向大。増</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c08"/><span class="tx">壽變易。經多劫義。文外加詞。難可信受。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c09"/><span class="tx">亦不可言例餘處知。始於此中。說此義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c10"/><span class="tx">故。況復經文八六等劫。所住之處名爲𣵀槃。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c11"/><span class="tx">不名増壽。如次所引。六同經二十三云。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c12"/><span class="tx">凡夫人。及以聲聞。或因世俗。或因聖道。斷</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0338c14"/><span class="tx">得名爲大𣵀槃也。能斷初禪。乃至能斷非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c15"/><span class="tx">想非非想處結。則得安樂。如是安樂亦名</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c16"/><span class="tx">𣵀槃。不得名爲大𣵀槃也。何以故。還生煩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c17"/><span class="tx">惱。有習氣故。云何名爲煩惱習氣。聲聞緣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c18"/><span class="tx">覺有煩惱習氣。所謂我身。我衣。我去。我</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c19"/><span class="tx">來。我說。我聽。諸佛如來。入於𣵀槃。𣵀槃之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0338c20"/><span class="tx">性。無我。無樂。唯有常淨。是則名爲煩惱</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339a06"/><span class="tx">云。八萬等劫。正所住處名爲𣵀槃。彼法相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a07"/><span class="tx">意。初三果人。迴心己後。増壽變易。經八六</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a08"/><span class="tx">四。不至無學。彼所住何名有餘𣵀槃耶。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a09"/><span class="tx">未至處。以爲住處。經多劫耶。又經云。乃</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a10"/><span class="tx">至能斷非想處結。如是安樂名爲𣵀槃。此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a11"/><span class="tx">文卽當有餘𣵀槃。經本意顯示大小𣵀槃別。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a12"/><span class="tx">何再說有餘。全不說無餘。是故今文理當</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a13"/><span class="tx">無餘　問一師云。迴心二乘同法者。前示</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a14"/><span class="tx">現入於無餘𣵀槃。然其實身。於瞻部州。遠</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a15"/><span class="tx">離而住。一切諸天。不能尙見。彼經依此所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a16"/><span class="tx">現𣵀槃。言八萬等劫住處。名𣵀槃</span><note place="inline">取意</note><span class="tx">此義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a17"/><span class="tx">云何　答。寶公難云。實身住處。不名𣵀</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a18"/><span class="tx">槃。示現𣵀槃。不經多劫。如何經說八萬劫</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a19"/><span class="tx">等住處。名爲𣵀槃。今加難云。一者如前所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a20"/><span class="tx">難。此中何故不說實無餘與大𣵀槃異。二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a21"/><span class="tx">者同梵行者。設不了知彼所化現。妄謂𣵀</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a22"/><span class="tx">槃。如來何說爲𣵀槃耶。三者瑜伽但說無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a23"/><span class="tx">學方便化現入滅。不言有學。故八六等劫義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a24"/><span class="tx">猶未了　問。廣章云。楞伽所說醉三昧者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a25"/><span class="tx">同法華論所說決定。以佛一化不能迴故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a26"/><span class="tx">起滅度想。住寂滅定。雖未能得變易生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a27"/><span class="tx">死。而由定力所資持故。彼所依身。經多</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a28"/><span class="tx">劫住𣵀槃。所說須陀洹八萬劫到等。應亦</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a29"/><span class="tx">同此。八萬六萬乃至十千。皆說證得無學</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b01"/><span class="tx">果後。經劫數量。非卽學位經八萬等。謂若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b02"/><span class="tx">極鈍。得聖道身。唯得初果。不能進取後三</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b03"/><span class="tx">果者名須陀洹。此人若得無學果時。經八</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b04"/><span class="tx">萬劫。乃得發心。以極鈍故。若得聖身。進</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b05"/><span class="tx">取二果。不能取後。名斯陀含。此人若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b06"/><span class="tx">得無學果時。經六萬劫。乃得發心。非極</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b07"/><span class="tx">鈍故。如應例釋。若不如是。在學位時。卽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b08"/><span class="tx">發心者。學位迴心利。無學方迴鈍。如何利</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339b10"/><span class="tx">等劫。爲無學後之所經者。雖同天台。不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b11"/><span class="tx">言無餘。故亦有異。經言永斷諸苦。入於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b12"/><span class="tx">𣵀槃。是人未來。經若干劫。得阿耨菩提</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b13"/><span class="tx">旣云斷苦入滅。豈非無餘𣵀槃耶　問。一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b14"/><span class="tx">師又證。八六等劫得菩提心。是不定性。非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b15"/><span class="tx">定性人。引𣵀槃經第二十二云。須陀洹果。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339b21"/><span class="tx">丘乃至泉池河井。小兒見之。悉以爲實。智</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b22"/><span class="tx">人知其虛誑。一切凡夫。乃至聲聞辟支佛</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b23"/><span class="tx">等。於一切法。見有定相。諸佛菩薩。於一切</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b24"/><span class="tx">法。不見定相。譬如於熱炎。小兒見水智</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b25"/><span class="tx">人不生水想。凡夫二乘。見一切法。悉謂是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b26"/><span class="tx">實。諸佛菩薩。不見定相。譬如有響。小兒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b27"/><span class="tx">謂實聲。有智解無定實。凡夫二乘。於一切</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b28"/><span class="tx">法。見有定相。諸佛菩薩等。了無定相。善</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b29"/><span class="tx">男子。亦有定相。云何爲定。常樂我淨。在何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c01"/><span class="tx">處耶。所謂𣵀槃。善男子。須陀洹果。亦復不</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339c19"/><span class="tx">習氣。譬如熱鐵投之冷水。熱勢雖除。而鐵</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c20"/><span class="tx">不壞。又上卷偈云。𣵀槃若滅壞。衆生有終</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0340a04"/><span class="tx">明住地所起無漏行。三種意生身。譬如四取</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0340a06"/><span class="tx">有。緣三種意生身。不可覺知微細墮減。譬</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0340a08"/><span class="tx">煩惱。是其依處。未斷除故。諸阿羅漢。及辟</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0340a10"/><span class="tx">臭穢。究竟滅盡。大淨波羅蜜。因無明住地。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0341b19"/><span class="tx">集斷。然言無漏非所斷者。約小乘分。故勝</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0341c12"/><span class="tx">意之定。又云。所知障爲緣。新發妄無漏</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0341c19"/><span class="tx">生死。又經說言。二乘自謂爲般𣵀槃。實入</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0341c20"/><span class="tx">三昧等</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">是卽捨分段身。受無餘變易。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0341c21"/><span class="tx">又豈前不言變易之名。非正所諍。無餘迴</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0342a07"/><span class="tx">受變易生身。如何得言如是等。得入人</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0342a08"/><span class="tx">無我。乃至生心以爲𣵀槃。凡夫受分段。自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0342a09"/><span class="tx">知生死身。聖人受變易。豈執爲𣵀槃。又</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0342a10"/><span class="tx">云。瑜伽。佛地。顯揚。入大乘論等。皆唯說</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0342a12"/><span class="tx">何　答。十卷楞伽第二卷說。三乘種性。及不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0342a13"/><span class="tx">定種性之中。初聲聞種性。旣云墮不思議</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0342a14"/><span class="tx">變易生死。豈非定性受變易生。若言此是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0342a15"/><span class="tx">不定性者。別說不定。爲第四乘。便爲無</span>
